Long weekends, special holidays and summer, prices must be checked with the owner.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If you plan to bring dogs or other pets, please check with the owner in advance. A maximum of two pets is allowed, and a €35 pet fee per stay applies.. Prices include VAT, but do not include the tourist tax, which is €1.75 per person per night – for guests over 16 years old, up to a maximum of 7 nights.. During the summer, stays run from Saturday to Saturday. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, and check-in is from 5:00 PM onwards. During the rest of the year, weekly stays cannot span two different weekends.. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received by bank transfer. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the amount paid up to that point will be non-refundable.
